EUNEIZ is a young university in Vitoria-Gasteiz, in the Basque Country, specialising in digital technology, health and sport. Its campus is next to Salburua park, in the city's green belt. The university builds on more than a decade of experience of partner institutions in Catalonia and Mexico, and the city's two professional clubs, Saski Baskonia and Deportivo Alavés, are involved in its projects. According to the university, it has more than 1,100 students. Teaching follows a learning-by-doing approach, and new technologies are part of every degree.

• Official master's degrees in physiotherapy, exercise physiology, virtual and augmented reality, game-based learning and general health psychology

All courses are taught in Spanish. Exchange students, usually through Erasmus+, can come for a semester or a full year and need Spanish at level B1/B2; the university offers Spanish courses for them. Its international office helps with accommodation, including the nearby Ondare residence, and with visa applications for non-EU students. Enrolment for the 2026-27 academic year is online.

Applicants first submit an online pre-registration and, if places are available, then enrol (otherwise they join a waiting list). Access routes include:

• Spanish Bachillerato plus the university entrance exam (EBAU)
• European Baccalaureate or International Baccalaureate diploma
• Secondary qualifications from EU countries or countries with reciprocity agreements
• Other foreign qualifications homologated to the Spanish Bachillerato
• Higher vocational training (Técnico Superior) qualifications
• Entrance routes for applicants over 25, 40 or 45

Music and Sound Production requires a music test and Nursing an entrance test. Exchange students must be nominated by their home university.

All courses are taught in Spanish. Incoming exchange students need Spanish at level B1/B2 (CEFR), shown with a DELE or SIELE certificate or a certificate from their home university. EUNEIZ offers Spanish courses for exchange students.

The international office helps students find a place in a student residence or private housing:

• Ondare residence, a short distance from the university, a project of its partner Grupo Baskonia-Alavés
• Other residences in the city: Residencia Universitaria San José, Tomás Alfaro Fournier, El Pilar and Inmaculada (women only)
• Help finding private flats or shared accommodation

Residence places are limited, so early application is recommended.
