The Université des Sciences et de la Technologie d'Oran Mohamed-Boudiaf (USTO-MB), in English the University of Sciences and Technology of Oran, is a science and technology university in Oran, Algeria. Its website is in French, English and Arabic, and the university has adopted a quality policy following ISO 9001:2015.
Teaching and research are organised under vice-rectorates for undergraduate and graduate education and continuing education; for postgraduate education, accreditation and scientific research; and for external relations and cooperation. The university hosts national and international scientific events, such as the International Conference on Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Engineering (14-16 December 2026), and runs an incubator for start-ups and patents as well as an e-learning platform.
An Erasmus+ office manages international mobility. For the second semester of the 2026-27 academic year, USTO-MB bachelor's, master's and PhD students and teaching staff can apply for six-month Erasmus+ KA171 exchanges with Sapienza University of Rome, applying online through the university's Erasmus+ platform. The site also publishes calls for external scholarships, such as the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant programme for 2027-28.
