International students can live in the UQAM university residences or in shared accommodation. In UQAM's typical 12-month budget for an international student (as of March 2025), accommodation costs CAD 6,280 to 11,700, and the total minimum living costs are CAD 15,239 to 21,631. Phone line and unlimited internet are included in the residence fees.
