The University of Copenhagen (Københavns Universitet, UCPH) is a research university in Copenhagen, Denmark, founded in 1479. It has around 10,000 employees, more than 5,000 of them researchers, and its researchers have received 10 Nobel Prizes. Teaching takes place on four campuses (City, Frederiksberg, North and South) and is organised in six faculties: Humanities, Law, Science, Social Sciences, Health and Medical Sciences, and Theology. UCPH is a member of the IARU, LERU and 4EU+ university alliances.

  • Study abroad for one or two semesters, with more than 2,000 elective courses in English
  • International Summer Programme with more than 30 courses

Bachelor's admission in Denmark runs through quota 1 (based on grade average) and quota 2. The university's student pages also give advice on finding student housing in Copenhagen.
