Being the oldest universities in Cyprus, The Cyprus College in Nicosia (Lefkosia) started its operations in 1961. The other campus is situated in Limassol (Lemesos), Cyprus. Initially the CC offered education in the field of Business Administration but now it has academic units such as the School of Computer Science, Humanities, Social Sciences, Linguistics and Psychology. The school of professional studies, an auxiliary of CC, offers tuitions to ACCA, ICAEW, FIA CPD Seminars and CFA students so that they can excel in their professional fields. CU is accredited for most of its academic programs by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Cyprus.
