Esden Business School is a business school founded in 1996 to offer postgraduate training, with campuses in Madrid and Bilbao. It offers its own MBAs and master's programmes (school's own qualifications) in business, artificial intelligence and fashion, and states that it has trained more than 12,000 professionals. Most programmes are taught in Spanish; the Master in Fashion & Luxury Management is the only one taught entirely in English.

Programmes are offered full time (Monday to Thursday), part time (Fridays and Saturdays), hybrid (online plus two weeks in Madrid) or fully online, depending on the course. Teaching follows a flipped-classroom method called Reverse©, with online preparation and case studies, mainly from Harvard Business School. Esden has agreements with IMD (Lausanne) and Istituto Marangoni (Milan), and alliances with Universidad Santander and the Universidad Europea de Vitoria (EUNEIZ). Students can take optional immersion weeks in cities such as Milan, Paris, Dublin and Switzerland, and take part in internships and recruitment weeks with more than 30 companies.

Admission
Applicants need a university degree; without one, they can be admitted on the basis of demonstrable professional experience, assessed by the Admissions Committee. Required documents are a copy of the degree (or academic transcript), an up-to-date CV and an ID card or passport.
After an online application, every candidate has an interview with members of the Admissions Committee. The decision is communicated within 1 to 2 days, and admitted candidates confirm their place within a week by completing the enrolment form and paying a reservation fee, which is deducted from the programme price.
Scholarships and financial aid
Esden has a permanent internal scholarship programme, and also offers scholarships funded by partner companies and non-profit organisations. Internal partial scholarships are awarded for:
- Academic excellence
- Professional career
- Entrepreneurship (businesses less than three years old or advanced business plans)
- Unemployment (applicants over 26)
Scholarships must be requested with the admission application and are decided by a Scholarship Committee.
