The Lisbon MBA

The Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova is an MBA programme in Lisbon, Portugal, run as a joint venture between two Lisbon business schools, Católica-Lisbon and Nova SBE, in collaboration with MIT Sloan in Boston, United States. It holds AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB accreditation (the so-called Triple Crown).

• International MBA: full-time, 12 months, with a one-month immersion at MIT Sloan in Boston
• Executive MBA: part-time, 20 months, with a one-week immersion at MIT Sloan

The International MBA is aimed at professionals with at least three years of work experience who want to change or accelerate their careers; the next intake starts on 12 January 2027. The Executive MBA requires at least five years of experience, holds classes once a month on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays so participants can keep working, includes optional exchange programmes and starts in October 2027. Both programmes offer elective courses to tailor the curriculum.

Applicants need a bachelor's degree, professional experience, proven English proficiency and competitive test results, unless a waiver applies. A Career Management Center provides one-on-one coaching and networking events with senior executives.
