BSI España is the Spanish branch of BSI Group, an organisation that works in standards development, certification, training and assessment. Through the BSI Training Academy it offers courses on ISO standards and business improvement for individual professionals and companies, in areas such as digital trust and information resilience, quality and business excellence, and health, safety and wellbeing.

Courses are organised by level:

• Awareness and requirements courses on the key terms and basics of a standard
• Implementation courses for those responsible for introducing a management system
• Auditing courses on planning, conducting, reporting and following up an audit
• Professional certification pathways

Training is available as live online classes, on-demand eLearning available 24 hours a day, classroom courses at set locations and dates, or in-company training, in person or online. According to BSI, its trainers are experts in their fields, many with long experience as assessors of standards. Enquiries go through a general contact form, and BSI states that it answers within 48 hours.
