Concordia College is a private four-year liberal arts college in Moorhead, Minnesota (United States), in the Fargo-Moorhead area. It was founded in 1891 by Norwegian settlers and is a college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). It has more than 2,000 students from 36 states and 52 countries, and an average class size of 17.
Concordia offers more than 140 areas of study, including 15 honours majors and 12 pre-professional programmes, with the Offutt School of Business among its schools. Graduate options include master's degrees in business analytics, nutrition, social work, education and music education, and a 12-month Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Study away, research and the Peak hands-on learning experience are part of the curriculum, and the college guarantees graduation in four years through its Four Years, For Real Guarantee.
For international students, 2026-27 tuition is $32,900; all international students receive scholarship support, with merit-based International Excellence Scholarships of $13,000 to $19,000 per year. Non-native English speakers can apply with, for example, IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 71 (4 on the new scale) or Duolingo 100. Students live in residence halls or townhouses on campus.

Several graduate degrees are offered online. There are no institutional grants or scholarships for master's programmes.
Non-native English speakers show proficiency with one of: TOEFL iBT 4 on the new scale (71 for tests before 21 January 2026), IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 780, Cambridge First, Advanced or Proficiency 162, SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing 450, ACT English + Reading 31 or Duolingo 100. Two years of secondary school in the U.S. or a listed English-speaking country also qualify, as do alternatives such as IB English A or B with 5, ELS level 112, Eiken Pre-1, or English grades from Norway, Sweden or Finland.

After scholarships, the college states that total costs for international students range from $24,000 to $33,000 per year.

International students can work on campus up to 20 hours per week; they are not eligible for U.S. federal aid.
Students live in residence halls (such as Fjelstad and Hallett) or townhouses on campus, or nearby in off-campus apartments. Residence Life aims to provide a safe living environment. For 2026-27, a standard double room for international students is budgeted at $5,100 and the All Access meal plan at $6,780.
