East Coast College (ECC) is an English language school in Haymarket, in the centre of Sydney, at 191 Thomas Street (CRICOS provider 03829G). It teaches English to adults; the minimum age is 18 and all courses are taught face to face on campus.
- General English, from beginner to advanced, up to 60 weeks
- English for Academic Purposes (EAP1 to EAP3), intermediate to advanced, 12 weeks per level
The EAP course prepares students for study at university, TAFE or in vocational training, with academic writing, critical reading and listening to lectures. New students can start both courses any Monday. The campus has air-conditioned classrooms, a computer lab, wifi, a student common area with a kitchenette, an independent learning area and a student library. Applications can be made online, by email with the application form and required documents, or in person at the college office.

General English requires a basic understanding of English, and a placement test may be required. The English for Academic Purposes course lists an IELTS score of 5.0 or an equivalent qualification as an entry requirement.
