The Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación (ETSIT) is the telecommunications engineering school of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). It is located at Avenida Complutense 30, on the Moncloa campus in Madrid. Its history goes back to the Escuela General de Telegrafía (1913), and it has had its current name since 1965; the school describes itself as the oldest centre training telecommunications engineers in Spain.

The ETSIT offers bachelor's degrees in telecommunications, biomedical and data engineering, as well as master's and doctoral studies. Its bachelor's and master's programmes are accredited by ABET, ANECA and EUR-ACE. Research covers areas such as signal processing and communications, radio frequency, networks and telematic services, biomedical engineering, electronics and photonics, and solar photovoltaic energy, in 33 research groups.

The school's mobility programmes offer 350 places a year in 40 countries, and it has double-degree agreements with foreign universities and 700 internship agreements with companies and hospitals.
