Oral Roberts University (ORU) is a private Christian university in Tulsa, Oklahoma (United States). Its stated aim is a "Whole Person" education that combines academic study with Christian faith and leadership development.
According to the university, it offers more than 150 majors, minors and pre-professional programmes, from business and biology to engineering, nursing and ministry, as well as master's, doctoral and PhD programmes. Teaching is organised in these colleges and schools:

- Health Sciences and the School of Nursing
- Science and Engineering
- Theology and Ministry
Degrees are available on campus, online and in a virtual format. The International Student Relations Office supports international students from acceptance to graduation, including taxes, OPT/CPT work authorisation and Social Security numbers. International applicants can use the ORU application or the Common App, and students from a country that has never sent a student to ORU are eligible for a dedicated scholarship. All first-year students live on campus; new residence halls open in fall 2026.

- Secondary school outside the US: international credential evaluation by an approved service
- Transfer students: course-by-course evaluation (15 or more college credits), or SEVIS transfer form if already studying in the US
- Proof of English proficiency if English is not the official language of the applicant's country
ORU informs applicants of the admission decision and scholarship eligibility by email.
Undergraduate applicants from countries where English is not the official language must show one of the following:

Graduate tuition for international students in the 2026-27 academic year (full-time, fall and spring):
- MBA (traditional): US$865 per credit hour, US$15,570 per year
- M.S. in Computer Science: US$920 per credit hour, US$16,560 per year
- Master of Arts in Communication: US$8,880 per year
Annual fees on top of tuition include a general fee of US$1,320, a technology fee of US$500 and an international student fee of US$400.
- Spring 2027 semester: international registration deadline 15 December
- Fall 2027 semester: international registration deadline 15 July
International applicants are told of their scholarship eligibility together with the admission decision. Students from a country from which ORU has never enrolled a student are eligible for an exclusive New Nations scholarship. ORU's Quest Whole Leader Scholarships, for which eligible students are considered automatically on admission, can cover up to full tuition.
ORU offers traditional double rooms, private rooms and suites, plus First Year Residential Experience housing for new students, and new residence halls open in fall 2026. All first-year students must live on campus, as must other undergraduates under 23 who are unmarried and not living with their parents. Graduate, part-time and older students can request an exception to live on campus in designated wings.
