Toulouse INP is a public higher education institution in Toulouse, France, created in 1969. It brings together two integrated preparatory programmes, three engineering schools and one institute: Toulouse INP-AgroToulouse (agriculture, environment and life sciences), Toulouse INP-ENSEEIHT (N7: computer science, telecommunications, electrical engineering and fluid mechanics) and Toulouse INP-ENSIACET (A7: chemistry, materials, process and industrial engineering). According to the institute, it entered the QS World University Rankings 2027 in 646th place.

  • Engineering degrees with an average of 10 months of internships
  • La Prépa des INP, a two-year preparatory programme giving access without entrance exam to the 40 schools of the Groupe INP
  • National master's degrees in 21 fields, co-accredited with other Toulouse institutions, some taught in English as Masters of Science
  • PhD programmes and summer schools

Almost all engineering students spend at least three months abroad, through 250 agreements with universities in nearly 25 countries. Incoming exchange students can take courses in English, and the institute holds the Erasmus Charter 2021-2027. Toulouse INP has the two-star 'Bienvenue en France' label for the quality of its welcome to international students, and a Welcome Desk of the University of Toulouse helps with administrative formalities.
