The application fee is 200 CHF for Non-Visa students and 400 CHF for Visa students. Other fees are the annual library fee of 200,00, a registrar fee of 50,00 CHF and a graduation fee of 400,00 CHF.
The Bachelor takes 180 credits to complete or 3 academic years of 9 months, for a total of 9 quarters of 20 credits each, or in 4 academic years for a total of 12 quarters of 15 credits each. Masters take 60 credits to complete or 1 academic year of 9 months, for a total of 3 quarters of 20 credits each, or within 12 months when spreading the workload. Duration is dependent on whether a full-time or part-time schedule.
UIBS operates on a rolling admissions process, so there are no application deadlines. Students who need a student visa should apply a few months in advance to allow time for the visa to be processed by the Spanish Consulate.
Financial aid may be available in the form of scholarships. To apply, students should submit a separate letter in which they explain why they should be considered eligible to receive a scholarship. If a scholarship is granted, the awardee will receive it in the form of reduced program fees.
On-campus housing is not available at UIBS.
