The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) is a public university in Huntsville, Alabama, in the United States. According to the university, it has 8,362 students from 49 U.S. states and 56 countries. Its campus of nearly 500 acres at 301 Sparkman Drive includes 16 research centers and labs and is the anchor tenant of a large research park. UAH works with partners such as NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center and the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology.

Housing

UAH has six suite-style residence halls on campus, with flexible on-campus dining options. The Charger Union offers dining, study spaces and student events, and the Charger Card gives access to meals, recreation and campus services. The campus also offers safety resources and a bicycle transport scheme.
