University, Graduate school in Gweru, Zimbabwe
Midlands State University (MSU) is a state university in Gweru, Zimbabwe. It grew out of Gweru Teachers College, which began enrolling students for University of Zimbabwe education degrees in 1998, and became Zimbabwe's third state university under the State University in the Midlands Act of April 1999. Besides its main campus in Gweru, it has campuses in Zvishavane, Harare and Kwekwe.
MSU offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, a Graduate School of Business Leadership and short professional courses. Its faculties are:

- Built Environment, Art and Design
- Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Management
According to the university, its community includes students and staff from more than 140 countries. International applicants find information on entry requirements, admissions and visas and study permits on the university's website. Student services include health and counselling services, a chaplaincy, sports and recreation, and more than 100 student organisations. Admissions for 2027 are open.
