CESINE is a private university centre in Santander (Cantabria) that has trained professionals for more than 30 years. It is organised in two schools: the School of Business and Communication and the School of Design and Creation. According to the school, its six bachelor's degrees (grados) are official throughout Spain and recognised in the European Higher Education Area, with validation by SIUCAN, the Integrated University System of Cantabria; CESINE states that it is affiliated (centro adscrito) to London Metropolitan University.

Degrees such as Fashion Design take four years (240 ECTS) and are taught on site in small groups, with practising professionals as teachers and learning based on real projects. Students do work placements in companies and can join international exchange programmes. The Top-Up degrees are aimed at holders of a higher vocational qualification (FP de grado superior) or a degree, in fields such as sports management, fashion marketing and international business management. Admission is based on previous studies, a motivation letter of about 200 words and an interview with the academic management.

Six bachelor's degrees (grados), taught on site, in two schools:
- School of Design and Creation: Fashion Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design
- School of Business and Communication: Digital Communication; Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing; International Business Administration and Management
One-year Top-Up degrees with London Metropolitan University (60 ECTS, level 6) in Sports Management, Hospitality and Travel Management, Fashion Marketing and Management, Advertising and Communication, Digital Media and International Business Management.
Admission
Applicants need one of the following and must pass CESINE's admission process:
- Completed final year of bachillerato (in Spain or at a Spanish school abroad)
- A completed higher vocational qualification (FP de grado superior), with possible recognition of ECTS credits
- Equivalent studies from European systems, the European or International Baccalaureate, or countries with bilateral agreements with Spain
The process includes personal and academic documents (including the university entrance exam, PAU), a motivation letter of about 200 words and an interview with the academic management. Previous university studies or work experience in the field may lead to credit recognition.

- Bachelor's degrees (grados): four years, 240 ECTS (as stated for Fashion Design), on site
- Top-Up degrees with London Metropolitan University: one academic year, 60 ECTS (level 6), compatible with work
