Baker University

Baker University is a private university in Baldwin City, Kansas, United States. Founded in 1858, it describes itself as the first university in Kansas, and it has kept its affiliation with the United Methodist Church since its founding. The university is organised into four schools: the College of Arts and Sciences, the School of Nursing, the School of Professional and Graduate Studies, and the School of Education.

Undergraduate programmes are taught on the Baldwin City campus, and the on-campus Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is taught in Topeka. Baker also offers online undergraduate, master's and doctoral programmes designed for working adults, including business, education and nursing degrees.
