SLU students can pursue a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in Madrid and at Parks College in St. Louis. As well as a solid foundation in science and mathematics, Electrical Engineering majors will be introduced to a wide range of courses covering all major areas of the discipline.
The program includes courses in digital systems, communication systems, control systems, microprocessors, electronics and circuits. Students will complete 2 years in Madrid and 2 years in St. Louis.
SLU-Madrid offers the Parks College Ignatian Global Network in Technology and Engineering (IGNITE) program. Top-achieving first-year engineering scholars start their degrees on the Madrid Campus, earning exactly the same credits as Parks College first-year students at the St. Louis campus.
Bircham University’s Electrical Engineering program debates all aspects applicable to electrical engineers and technicians including technical innovation, industry standards, technical facets and trends. The program provides a 360º absolute look at the world of electricity, covering problems such as its generation, transmission, circulation, measurement and use.
