Bircham University’s Educational Administration program is created to furnish teachers and educational administrators with the skills required for human resource management, teacher evaluation, decision-making, leadership, organization and public relations. The learnt skills will allow educators to address the issues and dilemmas that influence many educational systems. The Educational Administration program also examines diversity and change, curricula, culture, effective teaching strategies and supervision of instruction.
