Entrepreneurship Management
Bircham University’s Entrepreneurship Management program offers all the perspectives needed for the formation and evolution of entrepreneurial ventures. This program covers the important matters of starting a business from the generation of the first idea to growth and international development. It contemplates subjects such as financial, legal, planning, marketing, control and human elements linked to the start-up, the acquisition and/or management of a small business from an entrepreneurial standpoint. Subjects covered on this course include: Business Entrepreneurship Plan, Business Marketing, Customer Relations Management, Promotional Strategies, Business Finance, Management Information Systems, Business Law, Entrepreneurship Management, Entrepreneurship Leadership and Family Business Management.
