The Zamorano Pan-American Agricultural School is a private institution of higher learning, based in the valley of the Yeguare river, Honduras. El Zamorano's main area of study is agricultural and there are four different programs to choose from in the school: Food Agroindustry, Agricultural Science and Production, Socioeconomic Development and Environment, and Agribusiness Administration. More than 1000 students from different countries attend the university – they come from Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, México, and more. The university spreads on a large campus of amazing natural beauty. It encompasses natural forests and two micro basins, large productive areas, many places for recreation and various buildings.
