K2 Internacional is a Spanish language school in the old town of Cádiz, founded in 2001 by two sisters. It is accredited by the Instituto Cervantes through its centre accreditation system (SACIC), which reviews the school every three years. Classes take place in a restored three-storey 19th-century building on Plaza del Mentidero, five minutes' walk from the cathedral, the markets, the Roman theatre and the beach. Teaching is in small groups with native-speaker teachers, from beginner to advanced level.

According to the school, it has taught more than 10,000 students from over 15 countries and works with more than 40 academic institutions; it also places students at partner schools elsewhere in Spain and in Latin America. Accommodation is arranged in shared flats, private apartments, hotels or with host families, all within 15 minutes' walk of the school.

We welcome applications from individuals whose first language is not Spanish, as long as the minimum age is 17 (under 17 years old contact the school for additonal information). All courses are taugh in Spanish and students must speak spanish at all times, in class and out.

We believe that the Social activities are a great way to know more about the Spanish Language and culture; therefore we have a wide range of leisure and cultura extra activities. Excursions and trips, Flamenco and guitar courses, cooking course, free internet with spaniards, parties, barbecues, film viewing, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, golf, horse-riding, etc.
