Bircham University’s Wellness & Health program concentrates on a holistic approach to wellness and health management. The program shows how to measure our current wellness status and how to make improvements when required. Subjects include self-esteem, emotional intelligence, physical activity, nutrition, sexuality and spiritual wellness.
