Bircham University’s Hypnotherapy program analyses the use of hypnosis to heal, improve health and reduce pain. The hypnotherapist guides their patients, through a trance and an altered state of mindfulness, to the initial conditions enveloping the event, the emotion, and/or the circumstances that activated their observed distress. The emotional and/or physical pain that was felt by the patient is relived, incorporated and healed. Hypnotherapy reshapes the memory that caused the detected illness, anxiety, depression, frustration and other negative emotions. What was experienced as a negative state is erased and converted into an opportunity to enjoy the maximum health potential possible, both physically and mentally.
