Mount St. Joseph University (formerly the College of Mount St. Joseph) is a Catholic university in Delhi Township, a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio, with a campus overlooking the Ohio River. It was founded by the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati and opened in 1920 as the first Catholic university for women in Southwestern Ohio; it became coeducational in 1986. The university has about 2,300 students and is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
