The Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Sevilla (ESHS) is a hospitality and tourism school in Seville, founded in 1993 by Luis de Lezama and part of Grupo Lezama. Its teaching follows a "learning by doing" approach that combines theory with practical training in a real setting. Since 2007 the Universidad Pablo de Olavide (UPO) has validated its study plans; the school's postgraduate programmes are awarded as UPO's own qualifications (títulos propios), and the hospitality sector certifies its diplomas through the FEHR.

The school is on the Isla de la Cartuja, in a building of more than 2,000 m² on the Guadalquivir river with kitchen workshops, a tasting room and an R&D laboratory. Students also train at the Taberna del Alabardero, a Grupo Lezama restaurant and hotel. According to the school, more than 500 companies take part in its internship programme and its students come from more than 25 countries. Eurhodip named it the best hospitality school in Europe in 2000, 2005 and 2017. Its online school, ESAH, offers more than 90 online programmes.

Graduate programmes
Máster en Administración y Dirección de Empresas Hosteleras (MADEH): a joint postgraduate programme of the ESHS and the Universidad Pablo de Olavide, leading to a master's or a university certificate depending on the student's entry profile.
- 60 ECTS credits, taught on campus
- Two specialisations: hotel and tourism business management, and restaurant management
- Six months of classes (13 October 2026 to May 2027) followed by a six-month company internship from June 2027 (20 ECTS)
- Final project: a business plan (5 ECTS)
Entry requires a university degree; applicants without one may be admitted on the basis of relevant training or professional experience.
