The University of León is a Spanish public university, established in 1979, when it segregated from the University of Oviedo. The school has campuses in León and Ponferrada, where 37 undergraduate and 18 graduate degrees are offered. These range from the classical Philology to more innovative options like the International Business Degree, part of which is taught in English.
