Cégep Beauce-Appalaches is a college (cégep) in the Beauce region of Quebec, Canada, with three campuses: Saint-Georges, Sainte-Marie and Lac-Mégantic. It offers 19 programmes of study in administration and management, arts and languages, engineering and computing, health and human services, and sciences.
Programmes are pre-university or technical, plus the Tremplin DEC transition path, attestations of college studies (AEC), work-study (ATE), workplace apprenticeship (AMT) and DEC-BAC pathways to university. One business administration track is bilingual.
International students can choose among programmes offered at the Saint-Georges campus, including visual arts, interior design, early childhood education, special care counselling, civil and industrial engineering technology, computer science, natural sciences, social sciences and nursing. Applications go through the SRACQ, and students then apply for a Quebec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ) and a Canadian study permit. According to the college, international students had a course pass rate of 88.10% in 2021-2022. The Saint-Georges campus has student residences for 109 people near the town centre.

The college also offers AEC programmes, work-study (ATE), workplace apprenticeship (AMT) and DEC-BAC pathways.
International students (other than French citizens, who follow a separate process) apply through the SRACQ, using its international student section. The application fee is about CAN$85. Once admissibility is confirmed, the college requires an advance of CAN$7,000 before issuing the letter of admission; the balance of tuition is due by the day before classes start. Admitted students then apply for a Quebec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ, about CAN$135) and a Canadian study permit (about CAN$150), and must show proof of financial capacity. The passport must be valid for the whole period of study.
The Quebec government runs a tuition exemption programme for international students enrolled in a technical programme; preselection for the following year takes place during the winter session.
The Saint-Georges campus residences, near the town centre, house 109 students: 79 in the main residence and 30 in a women-only pavilion. Rooms share kitchens and bathrooms (some doubles have a private bathroom), with Wi-Fi and a paid laundry room. Monthly rates for 2026-27 range from CAN$284 (shared double room) to CAN$422 (double room with bathroom, single occupancy), including heating, electricity, internet and furniture.
