The Cégep de la Gaspésie et des Îles is a public college (cégep) in eastern Quebec, Canada, with three campuses, in Gaspé, Carleton-sur-Mer and the Îles-de-la-Madeleine, and a national school, the École des pêches et de l'aquaculture du Québec in Grande-Rivière. More than 1,000 students enrol each year, nearly 10% of them from outside Canada.
The college offers more than twenty pre-university, technical and vocational programmes, plus short attestations of college studies (AEC). Technical programmes last three years and pre-university programmes two years, both leading to a diploma of college studies (DEC); according to the college, the technical DEC is equivalent to a bac+2 in the French system. Teaching emphasises practical work, internships and field visits. Most programmes are in French, but the Gaspé campus also offers programmes in English: Natural Science, Social Science and Adventure Tourism, plus the Springboard to a DCS pathway.
International students apply through the SRACQ. After admission, the college's international team helps with immigration documents (Quebec Acceptance Certificate and study permit), housing, a bank account and airport pick-up in Montreal, and a regulated immigration consultant is available to answer questions. The Gaspé campus has a student residence with four pavilions.

International students apply through the SRACQ (international student section). After admission, they must obtain a Quebec Acceptance Certificate and a Canadian study permit, which takes time, so the college advises starting immediately. Study permits are not issued for fully online programmes; international students must attend in person. The college offers separate routes for regular studies, post-BTS studies, a one-semester stay and students from La Réunion.
The Gaspé campus has a student residence with four pavilions (Saint-Jean, York, Dartmouth and Sipu). The Sipu pavilion was renovated in 2026 into individual rooms to meet growing demand for student housing. The international team helps admitted students reserve accommodation.
