Applicants who completed senior secondary school in one of the listed English-exempt countries with a pass in English 12 or equivalent do not need a test.
Tuition depends on the program and is listed in the International Program Catalogue. For students starting from the Spring 2025 term onward, the non-refundable tuition deposit is CAD 9,000 (effective January 10, 2025), refundable only if the study permit is refused; trades programs require the full first-year fee as deposit. The application fee is CAD 100, and tuition, insurance and student union fees rise by 2% each year. Estimated living costs for Fall 2025: CAD 630 per month for a standard room in student housing and about CAD 450 per month for meals.
Student housing is available only at the Terrace campus; a standard room cost CAD 630 per month for Fall 2025. Off campus, a shared apartment is estimated at CAD 500 to 800 per month, utilities often not included, and the college publishes resources for finding housing off campus.
