Douglas College is a college in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, founded in 1970. It has campuses in New Westminster and Coquitlam and training centres in Surrey, Burnaby and Maple Ridge, all connected by public transit. The college describes itself as the largest in British Columbia, serving nearly 25,000 students a year, including international students from over 90 countries. It holds the British Columbia Education Quality Assurance (EQA) designation.
Douglas offers 13 four-year bachelor's degree programmes, more than 20 two-year career programmes, associate degrees and post-degree, post-baccalaureate and graduate diplomas, and more than 500 courses transferable to universities. Its six faculties are:

Teaching is in English, and programmes include practicums, labs, co-op placements and applied projects. International students apply through EducationPlannerBC, and the admissions section has information on programmes for international students and Canada's Post-Graduation Work Permit. The college's first student residence, with 368 beds at the New Westminster Campus, is expected to open in early 2028.

Programmes span six faculties and serve sectors such as health care, early childhood education, business and accounting, mental health and addictions, technology and computing, public safety and law, and community social services; co-op options are available.
Applications are made through EducationPlannerBC with a non-refundable application fee, and official transcripts must be sent to Douglas College Admissions. Requirements:
- Diploma, associate degree and bachelor's programmes: secondary school graduation (BC or equivalent) with a final-year average of at least 60%, and at least C or 60% in Grade 11 Mathematics or equivalent for most programmes
- Post-degree and post-baccalaureate programmes: a bachelor's degree of at least three years with a cumulative average of 60% or more
- Proof of English language proficiency for all applicants
Limited-enrolment programmes may have additional requirements. New international students are automatically registered in at least 9 credits for their first semester.
New students coming from high school or another post-secondary institution may be eligible for entrance scholarships or awards: one-time awards of up to $3,500 and renewable awards of up to $20,000 paid over four years. The college also lists scholarships and awards for international students, as well as bursaries based on financial need.
Douglas College does not yet have student housing; its first residence is expected to open in early 2028 in the West Building at 808 Royal Avenue, across from the New Westminster Campus and minutes from the SkyTrain. It will have 368 beds in traditional single rooms, connected single rooms sharing a bathroom, and four-bedroom suites. Fees will include a furnished room, utilities, Wi-Fi and 24/7 security; full fees will be announced later and applications are expected to open in 2027.
