Laureate Education is a company, organised as a Public Benefit Corporation, that runs a network of higher education institutions. It has worked in education since 1998, and its corporate office is in Miami, Florida. Today the network consists of five institutions in Mexico and Peru with more than 470,000 students in total:

• Mexico: more than 250,000 students on over 30 campuses
• Peru: more than 210,000 students on 20 campuses

Institutions named on its website include the Universidad del Valle de México and the Universidad Privada del Norte. The institutions combine campus-based and digital learning programmes. In its 2025 impact report, Laureate states that half of its newly enrolled undergraduates are the first in their family to attend higher education and that nine out of ten job-seeking graduates find work within 12 months of graduating.

Laureate itself does not admit students: prospective students are asked to contact the individual institution directly with any enquiries about programmes and admission.
