Red Deer Polytechnic (RDP) is a polytechnic in Red Deer, Alberta (Canada), with a main campus and a downtown campus. It has around 10,500 learners and offers more than 80 career and academic programmes: degrees, diplomas, certificates and apprenticeships. The main campus houses RDP's four schools (the Donald School of Business, the School of Arts & Education, the School of Health & Wellness and the School of Trades & Technology), research centres, residence and the Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre.

About 60% of programmes include work-integrated learning, and applied research focuses on manufacturing, health technology, energy innovation and social innovation. International students apply online and submit supporting documents; they receive a Letter of Acceptance once their tuition deposit is paid, and complete an online orientation course before arriving. RDP awards more than $1.1 million in awards and scholarships each year. Residence is on the main campus and fills quickly, so early applications are advised.

- Once the tuition deposit is paid, international applicants receive a Letter of Acceptance (or the reasons the application was not approved)
- Admitted students have 30 days to pay the non-refundable tuition deposit
- Official transcripts must be provided by the document deadline
- International students complete the Foundations for Success online orientation before arriving
Residence is on the main campus. Students do not need to be admitted before applying but must study full time (9 credits) once they move in. Applications for the full academic year (September-April) open on 1 October, for the Winter term on 1 November and for spring and summer on 1 February; international students pay an $80 non-refundable application fee. Family and couple housing and apprentice housing are also available, and the Students' Association helps with off-campus housing.
