Southeast College is a public college in southeast Saskatchewan, Canada, and a Designated Learning Institution for international students, with campuses in Weyburn, Estevan, Whitewood and Indian Head. It was established in 1975 as the South East Region Community College, became one of Saskatchewan's nine regional colleges and took its current name in 2015.
The college focuses on trades and technology. Its programmes include:
- Post-secondary programmes, from first-year university courses to technical and trades training
- Industry and safety training
- Adult education at grade 10 and 12 level
- English as an Additional Language (EAL)
- Continuing education and microcredentials for business
Courses are offered face to face and by distance learning. For international students, the college offers a small set of direct-entry full-time programmes: Continuing Care Assistant, Heavy Equipment and Truck and Transport Technician, and a new two-year Digital Marketing Diploma starting in September 2027. These are listed as eligible for a post-graduation work permit (PGWP). The college points to small classes and personalised instruction. Full-time programmes open to international students:

Other programming: first-year university courses, technical and trades programmes, industry and safety training (such as First Aid, H2S Alive, Fall Arrest), adult education at grade 10 and 12 level, English as an Additional Language at beginner to advanced level, and continuing education in business, agriculture, computer and bookkeeping skills.
- Complete the online application for the chosen programme and pay the CAD 150 application fee
- Submit official secondary and post-secondary transcripts (certified translations if not in English) and proof of English proficiency, by email to [email protected]
- Applicants who meet the requirements receive an Offer Letter; a tuition deposit of 50% of tuition and mandatory fees then leads to a Letter of Acceptance and a Provincial Attestation Letter
- Apply for a Canadian study permit (and a co-op work permit for programmes with a mandatory work component)
Places are limited. Applications for the 2027-28 intake open on 2 November 2026.
English is the language of instruction and examination. Unless a programme sets its own requirement, international students must show one of:
- IELTS Academic 6.5 overall, minimum 5.0 in each component (within two years)
- Duolingo English Test 110
- PTE Academic 63, minimum 50 in each component
- TOEFL iBT 81, minimum 19 in each section
- At least 24 credits passed at an English-medium post-secondary institution, qualifying Canadian or US high school English, or residence in an exempt country
