Gianni Brera, situated in Como, Italy is an institute which offers expertise in teaching Culinary Arts to its students. The school comprises of two kitchens: one is used for training purposes and the other is a professional serving kitchen open to the general public, accommodating more than 100 people. This kind of arrangement allows students to learn from experience. The school offers a yearlong basic course in Culinary Arts along with other summer cooking session in which students learn about foodstuff for e.g. meat, fish, cheese, sweets etc.
