The Université de l'Ontario français (UOF) is a French-language university at 9 Lower Jarvis Street in Toronto, Ontario (Canada). Its tuition fees are governed by Ontario's funding framework for public institutions. Applicants must understand and speak French fluently.
UOF offers undergraduate (first-cycle) programmes only:
- Bachelor's degrees in business administration, social work, mental health, communication and digital media, economics and social innovation, urban environments and human pluralism
- Teacher education: a combined B.A. and B.Ed. (135 credits) and a 12-month post-degree education programme
- 15-credit microcertificates, for example in artificial intelligence, data analysis and machine learning, sustainable development and social entrepreneurship
Applicants from outside Canada need a secondary school diploma that gives access to university in their own education system. After admission, international students pay a CA$2,000 deposit and accept the offer on the OUAC portal; UOF then issues the provincial attestation letter (PAL) needed for the study permit, and the deposit is refunded in full if the permit is refused. The UOF International site covers study permit steps and housing help, and the liaison centre answers questions by email at [email protected].
