Université TÉLUQ is a French-language university in Quebec, Canada, that teaches entirely at a distance. It has existed for more than 50 years. Students can study at their own pace, follow courses from wherever they are and apply at any time of the year, with support from the start to the end of their studies.
TÉLUQ offers 140 programmes, from short programmes and certificates to bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees, in fields including:

Admission to undergraduate programmes requires a Quebec college diploma (DEC) or equivalent, a university degree, or being 21 or older with relevant experience and knowledge; some programmes have extra requirements in mathematics, French or a second language. Master's applicants need a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and doctoral applicants a master's degree. Tuition depends on residence status: international students pay different rates depending on whether they study in Quebec or from outside Quebec, and students from France and French-speaking Belgium may be exempted from the higher fees.
