If students want to work in television or film production, magazine, online or TV journalism or for a global corporation, majoring in Communication and Journalism will give them the skills they need. As a Communication and Journalism major, students will work with Suffolk University’s experienced professors in small groups in the classroom, studio and field. Business Communication develops and hones the written, oral and interpersonal communication abilities while adjusting the common types of professional writing and speaking to specific business conditions. Bircham University’s Organizational Communication program explores the vital rhetorical problems that impart the ability of a business leader from tracking their specific objectives. The program also focuses on the audience and the reader, that the communicator is trying to effect and persuade. Since communication is a skill, this program gives a direction for writers and presenters to improve their communication abilities. Each situation and speech need careful planning and configuration, solid substance and argument, logical arrangement and structure and appealing delivery and presentation.
